Hi - my name is Justine, and I am the wife to a wonderfully, amazing man.  I am also mom to five fantastic kids - two "homemade" and three adopted.  I love my Lord Jesus and strive daily to be the woman, wife and mother that he has called me to be.  Admittedly - I fail frequently, but his grace is new every morning.   Yes, I am one of "those" crazy ladies who homeschools all of her kids (and loves it).  I love, love, love my kids - and I feel so humbled to have been chosen to be their mom, even though they didn't all come to be my children the "normal" way.

I am a HUGE advocate for orphans and adoption, and I love to assist people in anyway I can to go through the process of adoption.  It also thrills me to see people get involved in helping orphans in whatever way fits them.  I love the tenderness and realization in people's eyes when they "get it" in their heart.

Over the past many years, I have had numerous inquires about our life.  Things like - adoption, attachment, and homeschool questions are common.  However lately I have been getting questions about general day to day living, some frequent questions are - "what do you do for meals", "what about chores for the kids" and  "how do you do it".  I am not quite sure what "it" is referring to, but I have great kids.  Let me be real though - I do get grumpy and have bad days right along with everyone else.  I am human and have five kids running around me all day, every day.  With very few breaks for some "me" time, life gets rough sometimes.

The purpose of this website is to share the things I am passionate about for people to glean from.  Likewise, I am hoping to glean from others too!  I am always looking for new ways to get organized, new recipes, and additional homeschool or adoption resources.
